RyzenN provides secure access to approved structured records through the RyzenN M2 Server for Client and Agent access roles.
Service Scope
RyzenN is a record access and visibility tool that displays approved information securely provided by the RyzenN M2 Server.
RyzenN is not the official source-record provider app unless separately authorized, does not sell products, does not change source records, does not process claims, and does not replace official provider documents. Provider-issued records and communications remain the final source of truth.
Approved record information may require administrator review. For app access, data availability, or record-visibility questions, contact the RyzenN administrator.
Care Location is an informational directory where facility and location information is retrieved by the RyzenN server from publicly available internet sources. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed facility or public internet source. It is not medical advice, emergency guidance, treatment advice, or confirmation of panel eligibility. You should call the facility or check the source listing to confirm current status, panel eligibility, hours, and emergency suitability before travelling. Accounts
Clients and Agents must provide accurate registration details and verify their email address before account access is enabled.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and device access.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Upload documents you are not authorized to access or process.
- Attempt to access another user's M2 Server records.
- Misrepresent agent, client, or record identity.
- Interfere with the RyzenN backend, public ingress, or security controls.
- Use RyzenN for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized data handling.
Payments And Subscriptions
RyzenN is free to download, and Client registration is free. Before creating an Agent account, the Agent must complete a one-time RyzenN Agent activation through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase billing. The current activation price is RM99.90, subject to the price displayed by the applicable store. The activation is verified by the RyzenN M2 Server and is bound to the first Agent account created with it; it cannot be reused to create another Agent account.
Agents can optionally enable Client Access through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase billing. The current price is RM9.90 per month, subject to the price displayed by the applicable store. It renews automatically each month until the Agent cancels it in Apple or Google Play. The subscription is an app-access entitlement: one active Agent subscription can enable visibility for Clients bound to that Agent account.
The subscription does not sell insurance, financial products, claims, or source-record changes. RyzenN verifies the store transaction with the M2 Server before enabling Client visibility. Clients do not need to purchase the subscription themselves. A verified activation automatically approves the Agent account and registration opens access immediately. Admin approval is required only when an Agent requests a free activation trial.
Apple and Google control billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for their respective store purchases. Use Restore Agent activation for the one-time purchase and Manage subscription in the Client Access sheet for monthly controls. If a purchase is completed but access is not enabled, contact RyzenN support with the account email, store name, approximate purchase date, and app version. Do not send payment-card details or purchase tokens in support messages.
Apple or Google may provide official offer codes that reduce the Agent activation price or make it free. The final price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation is the amount charged. RyzenN records the verified amount and currency returned by the store.
RyzenN may distribute server-issued RyzenN promo codes. A RyzenN bundle promo code can grant free Agent activation and lifetime Agent Client Access after the M2 Server accepts the redemption. Promo codes may be limited by redemption count or expiry, cannot be sold or transferred unless RyzenN says otherwise, and do not change source records or create an insurance or financial-product entitlement.
An Agent may request a free activation trial before registration. The request requires Admin approval, is limited to one Agent account, and does not create a paid store purchase. Admin chooses the trial duration, which starts when the approved Agent account is registered. A request or approval may expire, be rejected, or be revoked where needed for security or misuse prevention.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons.
